13. Can DietaryCard advise me on what meals or snacks are safe for me to eat on my special diet?

DietaryCard are not nutritionists or food allergy experts and we won't be able to advise you on which foods are safe for you to eat. Dietary Alert Cards are prepared in line with your explicit instructions. Food allergy or sensitivity tests are widely available in health food stores and through online companies but you should ask your GP for advice in the first instance if you suspect you have a food allergy.

We do, however, have a secret snack recipe which our gluten-free customers have found delicious. DietaryCard Delight is a gluten-free biscuit that is quick and simple to prepare and enjoy.

Gluten-free treat - 250g chocolate, 200g coconut, 200g sugar, 100g fruit cherries raisins sultanas, 1 egg, 25ml milk - melt chocolate & pour, put in fridge to set chocolate, mix dry ingredients, add egg & milk to dry ingredients, spread over chocolate, bake at 180 until golden brown
